You will act as a role model for all aspiring new chefs for Jamie's Italian. You will experience life as a chef in one of the busiest high volume kitchens in the country, working for the most respected chefs in the industry.
About the Role:
We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Chef to work at our iconic Jamie's Italian Sydney. As a vital member of our kitchen brigade you will be showing us previous experience cooking as a qualified Chef within a busy, high volume kitchen. More than anything you need to show us your desire to make a difference to people's lives through food! This role presents a unique opportunity for the right person. You must have capacity and flexibility to work casual shifts and early mornings from 7:00am.
About You:
- You are a qualified Chef.
- You have passion for Italian Cuisine.
- 1-2 years experience cooking in a busy,high volume kitchen.
- You're a motivated ambassador of our brand with initiative to learn how we do things.
- Team focus is an asset you love to display at all times.
- Exceeding guest expectations comes naturally for you.
