About the Role:
We currently have an amazing opportunity for a full time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade at Jamie's Italian Brisbane. As a vital member of our team you must be a qualified chef who has at least 2 years experience in a Chef de Partie capacity working for a similar style, high volume restaurant.
Our kitchens get very busy, so having previous high volume experience is preferable.
About You:
- Passion for cooking Italian cuisine, food production & design.
- Able to take ownership of your kitchen section & deliver to world class benchmark standards consistently with no compromise.
- Team player who leads by example, supports & works together with our team.
- Ambassador of our brand with initiative to learn & develop with Jamie’s Italian.
- Capability to work with high volume & enjoy a busy kitchen environment
- Understands that Work, Health & Safety starts with you.
