About the Role:
We currently have amazing opportunities for Chefs "All Levels"; Cook, Commis & Chef de Partie to join our team at Jamie's Italian Canberra. As a vital member of our kitchen brigade you must have previous experience working in a qualified chef capacity, be passionate about your career and genuinely want to make a difference to people's lives through food! Our kitchens get very busy, so having previous high volume experience is preferable.
About You:
- You are a qualified Chef.
- 1-2 years previous experience cooking in a busy, high volume kitchen.
- Passion for Italian cuisine, food production and design.
- Ambassador of our brand with initiative to learn & develop with us.
- You are a team player who supports & works together.
- Exceeding guest expectations comes naturally to you.
- You understand that Work, Health & Safety starts with you.
